Thanks Kat It has been an ok week. It could have been better but it could have been worse. I have been driving a very small car this week because mine is at the garage because it broke down last week. Today they called me to say they could not find anything wrong I will have to collect it on Saturday and drive it until it breaks down again What fun What have you been doing today?
Beautiful I can relate to this love of a particular castle, my most-often-photographed is Kenilworth. I was going to post you a link to a picture, but then I realised I hadn't uploaded any Kenilworth pictures . Anyway, you're picture is really beautiful, I love the expanse of beach leading up to it - it really sets the scene
Thanks Liz. I know kenilworth castle. A friend of mine got married near there so guess where I went Sunday morning. I love castles. Stick a couple of pics up so I can see 'em. I'm glad you like this one
I tried to find a favourite photo I took, looking through a ruined arch with more of the ruins in the background, and couldn't find it... so just put up a generic shot of the whole place from a distance. It's funny you mention marriage, when I was a child I always imagined my wedding would be in the castle
That is very kind of you Toni. I have been going to Northmberland for a good few years now and I photograph Bamburgh every time I go. I have many pictures of it. It is just the most wonderful place and the sky is often dramatic. I'm glad you like it. Thank you
Certainly it doesn't get much better than this one. The beach is wonderful and sandy. It is long and pretty people free most of the time. The castle is one of the best in the UK. Glad you like it Jeanie.
