you can walk on that but I didn't because I was above it. To walk on it you have to be at the bottom and climb up. Maybe next time I'm there hmmmmmmm

It's just a fantastic shot. I heard there was an avalanche in the Highlands and people were killed. So sorry to hear about that.

Yes. Very sad. It was in Glencoe and it was a freak avalanche. There was no actual avalanche risk that day and the snow hadn't been that heavy. A block just fell away. Five out of six people fell. One was found later by other walkers purely by chance. It is always dangerous, you just try to be as careful as you can possibly be and take no risks. It is always a big wake up call when something tragic like this happens.
I'll still be up there though. It's in my blood.
