A view from part way up Ben Nevis in the Scottish Highlands. Although not very big in world terms, Ben Nevis is the highest mountain in the UK at 1,344,527 metres (4411 feet). Most days the peak is covered in cloud so I was very lucky to climb it on a clear day. Once you have climbed it you are allowed to call it 'The Ben' so I'm told.
