Skogafoss by LordLJCornellPhotos Skogafoss by LordLJCornellPhotos
This waterfall is Skógafoss in Southern Iceland. A waterfall among waterfalls. Very fine. Even on a grey day.

So fascinating - and also a bit intimidating, seeing how tiny a human being is compared to this force of nature.

Such a force of nature. This is the one where you can climb a series of steps/stairs to reach a hiking trail, right?

Thanks for the answer. I think I still have some bad quality pictures from the top. The river is very cool with some overgrown islands if I remember correctly. :)

What does himestky mean btw.? I couldn't figure it out myself.

Hahahaha

my apologies
it was meant to be honestly but my iPad obviously decided to over ride my wishes and substitute its own word. How does it come up with a word that doesn't exist ? Yet normally it's always questioning my spelling?

Ah ok. Auto-correction is pretty terrible. I have used a smartphone for a few weeks in the US (I don't own one myself) and I was at war with it the whole time. :D All these random subsitutes can become quite annoying. Usually I turn off auto-correction whenever I can. If writing correct really matters I'm going to read through what I wrote afterwards anyways.
That said, everything above doesn't explain why the auto-correction chose a word that doesn't exist. :D
